Most lawn services cut grass. A maintained garden needs more than that: beds edged, shrubs shaped, weeds treated before they seed, and mulch topped up before it thins.
We work on larger residential properties and estates across Tampa Bay, where the planting is worth looking after and the owner wants it to look the same in October as it did in April.
Lawn care
We cut at the height your grass type wants. St. Augustine cut too short in a Tampa summer thins out and lets weeds in, and the usual response is to water more, which makes it worse.
Edges, curbs and bed lines are cut on every visit, and clippings are blown off hard surfaces before we leave.

Beds, pruning and mulch
Shrubs and ornamentals are pruned on a cycle so they keep their shape. Flowering plants are cut at the right time of year, so you do not lose next season flowers.
Beds are weeded and mulch topped up before it breaks down to soil.

Weed control and fertilization
Weeds get treated on schedule with products chosen for your grass type. St. Augustine is sensitive to several common herbicides, which is how lawns get burned by a general purpose treatment.
Fertilization follows the season and stays within county nitrogen rules.
Palms, trees and seasonal work
Palms get dead fronds and seed pods removed. Small trees are shaped. Larger tree work is quoted through our residential tree service.
Before storm season we walk the property and tell you what is worth cutting back.
