A garden should still work in five years
The common way a residential landscape goes wrong is not bad taste. It is plants chosen off a nursery bench, planted too close together, and dug out again three years later when they reach full size.
We design for the size plants actually reach, and we group them so one irrigation zone is not drowning half its planting to keep the other half alive. Tampa is hot, wet in summer, dry in spring, and salty near the water. The plant list has to respect that.

How the work runs

We walk the property with you
Sun and shade through the day, drainage, the irrigation you already have, and the views from inside the house. We also ask what you do not want.

You see the design before we plant
A full-color scaled 2D drawing, a plant key with a photograph of every species, and a 3D sketch of the finished space.
- 03
Our own crews install it
Beds prepared and graded, soil amended, plants set at mature spacing, irrigation adjusted to cover the new planting.
- 04
We keep it looking that way
Most design clients move onto a maintenance schedule, so the garden that was drawn is the garden you still have in five years.
Residential questions
What kind of homes do you work on?
Mostly larger properties and estates across Tampa Bay where there is planting to look after beyond the lawn. Call us with the address and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
Do you only do design, or maintenance too?
Both, and most clients use both. The company that drew the planting plan is the one that knows how each plant should be pruned.
Are your crews licensed and insured?
Yes, fully licensed and insured. Crews arrive in uniform, in marked trucks.
How soon can you start?
Maintenance usually starts within a week or two. Design and installation depend on the drawing stage and plant availability, and we give you a date with the quote.
