Landscape Crew Leader / Driver

Full-time, year-round · $23 to $35 an hour · Tampa, FL

Lead a crew on commercial landscape maintenance routes across Tampa Bay. Year-round work, based out of our Tampa shop, with a 6:30 AM start.

What we need from you

  • At least one year of recent landscape or lawn care experience
  • Valid driver license with a clean record
  • 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Able to start at 6:30 AM and work Saturdays when needed
  • Able to lift up to 80 lbs and work outdoors in Florida conditions

Questions about the job

What time do crews start?

Crews start at 6:30 AM at our Tampa shop. Some Saturdays are required, especially in the growing season.

Do I need my own tools or truck?

No. We provide the equipment, the trucks and the uniforms.

Do I need experience?

For the crew leader position, at least one year of recent landscape or lawn care experience is required. We do also take on people with less experience when a crew position opens, so it is worth applying either way.

How physical is the work?

Very. You are outdoors in Florida heat, on your feet all day, and you need to lift up to 80 lbs. We would rather tell you that now than on day two.
