US Air Force roots since 1984

How the company started
In 1984, after retiring from the United States Air Force, Mike Hurlburt took a job looking after the base golf course and an estate property nearby. He was careful, he was early, and he finished what he started. People noticed.
His first commercial contract was a small bank on MacDill Air Force Base. That bank became Grow Financial Federal Credit Union, and the company grew with it. Nothing about that growth was a marketing plan. It was one property manager telling another.
Forty years later the business still runs on the same terms. Show up when you said. Do the work properly. Tell the client the truth about what the property needs.

How we design
Most landscape disappointments come from the same place: the client could not picture the result, and nobody showed them. Our design process exists to remove that gap.
We listen first
The first meeting is on your property. We ask what you want, what you use the space for, and what you do not want. That last answer is usually the most useful one.
You see it before we build it
A full-color scaled 2D drawing of the residence, a plant key with a photograph of every species, and a 3D sketch of the finished space.
One manager owns the job
A project manager oversees the work and is your direct contact from the first meeting to the final walk-through.
We check our own work
Quality control is a scheduled visit, not a complaint response. The manager walks the property and finds the problems before you do.
Our promise
We treat your property the way we would treat our own. A dedicated project manager, trained crews, scheduled quality checks, and a straight answer when something needs to be fixed.
If we cannot do a job properly, we say so. That is why clients from 1984 are still clients.
