Bayshore and Davis Islands take salt wind. The plant list a block off the water is different from the list three miles inland. We use that list at installation, and we maintain what is already planted to the same conditions.

A courtyard, a paver walkway, or a pool surround gives usable outdoor space on a lot with little lawn. We draw the hardscape with the planting so the walk, the courtyard, and the beds fit the lot.
The pool surround has to share that drawing with the beds. South Tampa is in Hillsborough County, and the drive is inside the service area.
